More from Jeff
My name is Jeff and I’m 38 years old. I was diagnosed at 36 years old.
My Experience with Melanoma
My melanoma was caught by mistake at a routine trip to the hairdresser. Little did I know that what she told me to check out would turn out to be malignant melanoma.
Since the Diagnosis
I’m so thankful that it was caught early and I’m able to help spread the word on skin cancer awareness.
Advice I’d Give
Protect yourself, check your skin and help spread the word.
My Thanks
In learning that my experience could have been fatal, I desperately seeked the help from many professionals in the city. I’d like to thank Dr Paul Cohen, Dr Lance Ceresne, Dr Adam Mamelak, Dr Duhn Noria, and Dr Alan Eckhaus.
They always say from something bad…good can happen.
Thank you Jeff for being proactive and wanting to spread your experience and knowledge to save others.
We are proud of you!
Jeff,
I came across your video when one of my friends posted it on facebook. I am 20 and I only wish that I could’ve seen it when I was younger. It is truly eye opening and I have reposted it in hopes that it will be spread so as many people as possible can hear the message of Malignant Melanoma.
Thank you for sharing your story, your message has been heard.
Elle
I just saw the film. Thank you for sharing your story – today I am going for a haircut. I will make certain that they check for me.
Hi Jeff,
My father was 58 years old, malignant melanoma. Early detection saved my life .. However, as seen in many years exposed to the sun’s rays has led to cancer.
Everyone to wear a hat and use sun creams can save lives.
Your video has reached us.
Thank you very much.
